Great Tusk (イダイナキバ) is a dual-type Ground/Fighting Paradox Pokémon introduced in Generation IX. It is considered an ancient relative of Donphan, with no known evolutions, and its future counterpart is Iron Treads. Great Tusk has a large, gray, proboscidean body, and is notable for its massive, light-tan tusks that curl inward from its upper jaw. Its trunk, back, and tail are covered in dark purple plates with three rows of pinkish-red spikes. Similar pinkish-red accents appear around its slanted yellow eyes and as spots on its body. Great Tusk is known for its savage nature, attacking opponents with its huge tusks. It is documented to have attacked an expedition team, causing fatal injuries. Some theories propose it is a living relic from the dinosaur era. It primarily resides in Area Zero of the Paldea region, known for its power and resilience.
