Arctibax, known as Segohru in Japanese, is a dual-type Dragon/Ice Pokémon introduced in Generation IX of the Pokémon series. It debuted in the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet games. Arctibax evolves from Frigibax and further evolves into Baxcalibur at level 54. Its design is likely inspired by prehistoric creatures such as Spinosaurus and Concavenator, featuring a notable dorsal fin resembling an ice blade. One of Arctibax’s abilities is Thermal Exchange, which grants it immunity to Ice-type moves and increases its Attack stat when hit by a Fire-type move. Arctibax is characterized by its bluish-grey body and large icy dorsal fin, which it uses in battle. It has also appeared in the Pokémon anime series. The English name for this Pokémon is also Arctibax. In different translations and regional versions such as Pocket Monsters, Pokémon, and Pocket Monsters, Arctibax is commonly referred to as either Arctibax or by its Japanese name, Segohru. Detailed information on Arctibax can be found in various Pokémon encyclopedias and fan wikis.
