Chase

Chase (Japanese: Kakeru) is the male protagonist in Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!. His female counterpart is Elaine. In the game, Chase is analogous to Red, the protagonist of the original Pokémon games. Chase is a young boy with black hair and eyes, wearing a red and white baseball cap with a red Poké Ball logo. He also sports a red and white jacket over a black undershirt, blue shorts, and black and yellow sneakers with blue laces. He carries a black and white backpack. Chase is quiet, and like most Pokémon protagonists, he rarely speaks, allowing players to shape his character. He wakes up in his room at the beginning of the game, and with his friend Trace, heads to Professor Oak's lab, where he chooses either Pikachu or Eevee as his first Pokémon. He embarks on a journey to become the Pokémon League Champion. Additionally, Chase appears as a Support Trainer in other Pokémon games.
