Rika

Rika (Japanese: チリ, Chiri) is a member of the Elite Four of the Paldea region in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, specializing in Ground-type Pokémon. She is a slender young woman with red eyes and long green hair tied in a low ponytail. She wears a gray button-up shirt, a black necktie, black pants with suspenders, brown shoes, and black gloves. When working as a Pokémon League receptionist, she wears black square glasses. Rika has a laid-back personality and often uses slang, calling the player "kiddo". She serves as both an Elite Four member and an interviewer at the Pokémon League. In battle, Rika is serious and powerful, using Ground-type Pokémon and Terastallization. While generally relaxed, she can show impatience at times. Rika also appears in the anime Pokémon Horizons: The Series and has a card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
