Brandon

Brandon (Japanese: ジンダイ - Jindai) is a prominent character in the Pokémon franchise, first appearing in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire and related works. He is one of the Frontier Brains, and the chief of the Battle Pyramid. Brandon is known for his exceptional strength and passion for exploration, earning him the title of the strongest Frontier Brain. He is deeply interested in researching ancient ruins and uncovering the secrets of Pokémon, often being associated with the image of an explorer. In the anime, Brandon appears as a serious and composed character but is also willing to help others in need. He believes in the bond between a trainer and their Pokémon and disapproves of harsh training methods to enhance their power. Brandon's Pokémon team primarily consists of Rock and Ground-type Pokémon, most notably his three legendary Pokémon: Regirock, Registeel, and Regice. He also plays an active role in the manga Pokémon Adventures, where he helps prevent villainous schemes and protects the Battle Frontier alongside other Frontier Brains.
