Dana

Dana, known as Lajournée in Japanese, is a significant character in the Pokémon series, first appearing in Pokémon X and Y and later in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. She is one of the four leaders of the Battle Maison, known as the Battle Chatelaines. Dana is the second eldest of the four sisters and is in charge of the Triple Battle format. She is represented by the color red and has a passionate and energetic personality, becoming extremely excited when her fighting spirit is ignited. In the Super Triple Battle, she fights in this excited state. In Multi Battles, she sometimes scolds the timid Lisseur, but she is often led around by her partner, Nita. Dana's signature Pokémon is Regice, and she appears as a playable sync pair in Pokémon Masters EX. Her name in various languages relates to 'day' or 'noon,' for example, 'Dana' in English comes from 'day' and 'Méridia' in French comes from the Latin 'meridies' (noon).
