Ghetsis

Ghetsis, known as ゲーチス (Gēchisu) in Japanese, is a prominent antagonist in the Pokémon series, first appearing in Pokémon Black and White. He is the mastermind behind Team Plasma and one of its Seven Sages. While he publicly advocates for the liberation of Pokémon, his true goal is to control the Unova region by exploiting them. He adopts N and manipulates him to become a figurehead for Team Plasma. In Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, Ghetsis resurfaces, attempting to conquer Unova using the power of Kyurem, displaying a more deranged and brutal side. He is characterized by his cunning, ruthlessness, and extreme selfishness, willing to do anything to achieve his aims. In Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, a version of Ghetsis from another dimension joins Team Rainbow Rocket, continuing his evil schemes. Ghetsis is a powerful Pokémon trainer with a sinister strategic mind, making him an iconic villain in the series.
