Colress

Colress, known as Achroma in Japanese, is a significant character in the Pokémon franchise. He is a scientist and the second-in-command of Team Plasma, appointed by Ghetsis. Colress is dedicated to researching how to draw out the true strength of Pokémon, regardless of the cost. He first appears in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, renowned for his unique personality and zeal for scientific research. In the anime series, Pokémon the Series: Black & White, Colress is portrayed as a somewhat mad scientist who uses machines to control Pokémon, believing their anger to be the source of their true power.
