Zinzolin

Zinzolin, known as Vio in Japanese, is a significant character in the Pokémon series. He first appears in Pokémon Black and White as one of the Seven Sages of Team Plasma. Zinzolin is depicted as an elderly man with short gray hair and wrinkles, typically wearing the brown robes of a Team Plasma Sage. In Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, his attire changes to a puffy purple winter jacket and hat, emblazoned with the Team Plasma logo. He is portrayed as cold and obsessive about the cold, even considering it the essence of life. Initially loyal to Ghetsis, Zinzolin begins to question his leadership and secretly researches Kyurem. In the Pokémon Adventures manga, he participates in the Pokémon League under the alias "Gray," battling against Iris. Zinzolin is skilled with Ice-type Pokémon, such as Cryogonal and Weavile. His repeated appearances in the games and manga as a key member of Team Plasma and his peculiar obsession with cold make him a memorable antagonist.
