Phyco

Phyco (Japanese: Shionira) is a character in the Pokémon series, serving as the Captain of the Ultra Recon Squad. He plays a central role in Pokémon Ultra Moon. Phyco is typically seen with his subordinate Soliera, who assists him in investigations and battles. He primarily resides in Ultra Megalopolis, while Dulse and Zossie conduct research in Alola. Upon the player's arrival in Ultra Megalopolis, Phyco expresses interest and directs them to the Megalo Tower to quell Necrozma. He can summon either Solgaleo or Lunala to transport the player back to Alola. Phyco and Soliera are also encountered in Alola, researching Z-Crystals. They first appear outside Iki Town and formally introduce themselves after the first trial in Verdant Cavern. In the Pokémon Adventures manga, Phyco uses Naganadel to assist Lusamine in traveling to Ultra Space and later joins her in battling Necrozma.
