Dulse

Dulse is a character appearing in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, a member of the Ultra Recon Squad. He is a tall male with pale blue skin and light blue eyes, often hidden behind his visor, and long, wavy violet hair. Dulse is direct and cold, rarely showing emotions, and often calms his partner Zossie when she gets too excited. He is somewhat ignorant of Alolan customs and architecture, leading to curious tendencies. In Ultra Sun, Dulse and Zossie travel Alola, studying Pokémon habits, learning to battle, and searching for a way to soothe The Blinding One. He battles alongside his Ultra Beast partner, Poipole, using X Defense. In Ultra Moon, Dulse and Zossie remain in Ultra Megalopolis, waiting for the player to defeat Necrozma, after which he gifts Poipole as thanks. Dulse also plays a significant role in the Pokémon Adventures manga, assisting in the fight against Necrozma.
