Ginter

Ginter, known as Ginnan (ギンナン) in Japanese, is a character in Pokémon Legends: Arceus and the head of the Ginkgo Guild. He and his assistant, Tuli, operate a mobile cart in Jubilife Village, selling various rare items to the player. Ginter bears a striking resemblance to the Electric-type Gym Leader Volkner, but their relationship is unknown. Ginter sells a variety of items, many of which are rare and not found elsewhere in the Hisui region, such as the mechanical appliances needed to change Rotom's form. Ginter's inventory refreshes every time the player catches 20 Pokémon, offering new items for purchase. Certain unique items, like the mechanical appliances, can only be purchased once and will not reappear in his stock. Ginter often uses descriptive language when listing the items he sells, rather than the items' actual names.
