Bebe

Bebe (Japanese: ミズキ, Mizuki) is a computer technician in the Pokémon series, first appearing in the fourth generation games, Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. She resides in Hearthome City in the Sinnoh region and is an expert in computing. Bebe is responsible for developing the Pokémon Storage System for the Sinnoh region, succeeding Lanette's system. Her house is located next to the Pokémon Center in Hearthome City and is tidier than Lanette's. Bebe is good friends with Hayley, who owns a Pokémon Ranch, and they maintain contact with each other. In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, after the player obtains the National Pokédex, Bebe will give them a level 5 Eevee that came from a friend in Johto. In Pokémon Platinum, the Eevee is at level 20 and available without the National Pokédex. In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, she is encountered earlier, in Jubilife City. After defeating two Team Galactic grunts, she upgrades the player's Pokémon Storage System, making it accessible anywhere (except in Gyms and the Pokémon League), and gives the player Ball Capsules. Bebe has also appeared in the Pokémon Trading Card Game. In the Pokémon Adventures manga, Bebe and Hayley appear together after a space-time distortion, helping the main characters restore their damaged Pokémon.
