Sina

Sina, also known as ジーナ in Japanese, is one of Professor Sycamore's assistants in the Pokémon series, often appearing alongside another assistant, Dexio. She specializes in Ice-type Pokémon. In Pokémon X and Y, Sina first meets the player on Route 4, discussing Flabébé and the Fairy type. She later guides the player through Lumiose City to Professor Sycamore's lab. In Pokémon Sun and Moon, she and Dexio give the player the Zygarde Cube and task them with finding Zygarde Cells and Cores scattered across Alola. After becoming the Alola League Champion, she also explains Key Stones and Mega Stones. Additionally, Sina appears as a Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, paired with Glaceon. Sina has also appeared in the Pokémon Adventures manga, assisting Professor Sycamore’s research and searching for Zygarde Cells with Dexio. Her signature Pokémon is Glaceon, and she often uses Ice-type Pokémon in battles.
