Jun Kazama

Jun Kazama is a significant character in the Tekken series, debuting in Tekken 2. She is the mother of the protagonist, Jin Kazama, and the wife of Kazuya Mishima. Jun is renowned for her unique fighting style, "Kazama Style Traditional Martial Arts," which combines elements of jujutsu and aikido. Initially an officer of an animal protection organization, she participated in the King of Iron Fist Tournament to stop Kazuya's illegal animal smuggling. However, during her encounters with Kazuya, she sensed his inner turmoil and sought to save him from evil forces. In Tekken 8, Jun returns as a playable character and plays a crucial role in the story. She not only assists her son Jin in confronting Kazuya, but also tries to prevent their conflict. Jun is known for her gentle nature and powerful spiritual strength, making her a vital figure in the series' narrative. Her fighting style in the game is distinctive, featuring various counter techniques and jujutsu skills. In Tekken 8, she also introduces "Kazama Power," allowing her to sacrifice some health to enhance certain moves and restore health through attacks.
