Jack-8

Jack-8 is the latest model in the Jack series to appear in Tekken 8, developed by G Corporation as their premier humanoid weapon. It was designed by Jane, who was once saved by a Jack robot and devoted herself to creating the ideal Jack machine. Jack-8 retains the series’ trademark power, but is equipped with a vastly improved AI, enabling rapid and precise learning. It also boasts heavy-duty special armaments and an electromagnetic pulse weapon called the Gamma System. Amid escalating conflicts between G Corporation and the Mishima Zaibatsu, Jack-8 is deployed for battle. In gameplay, Jack-8 excels at midrange combat with strong pokes, long-range low attacks, and excellent whiff punish options. While his sidestep is clumsy and he lacks a safe i10 jab, his strong backdash and new Gamma Howl stance compensate for defensive shortcomings. New tools include mixups from Gamma Howl/Charge, a tracking df+4 mid check, and powerful pressure tools like wr1+2, making Jack-8 a formidable threat.
