Lidia Sobieska is a karateka and the Prime Minister of Poland in the Tekken series. She debuted in Tekken 7: Fated Retribution as a DLC character in Season 4 and returned in Tekken 8 as a summer DLC fighter. Lidia was born into a prominent political family; her grandfather was elected president of Poland. Despite her family's background, Lidia initially had no desire to enter politics, focusing instead on traditional karate, which she had been practicing since childhood. However, a terrorist attack that killed her father changed her path. She went on to study law, graduating with honors, and won six consecutive world karate championships. At the age of 29, Lidia became the Prime Minister of Poland, earning the nickname 'The Strongest Member of Parliament' due to her martial arts prowess and determination. In Tekken 8, Lidia continues to fight for her country, confronting powerful forces like the Mishima Zaibatsu and G Corporation. She excels in defense and space control, known for her patience and precision in battle. She is not only a formidable fighter but also a strategic leader.
