Haunter

Haunter (Japanese: ゴースト, Gōsuto) is a dual-type Ghost/Poison Pokémon in the Pokémon franchise. It evolves from Gastly starting at level 25 and evolves into Gengar when traded. Haunter appears as a purple, floating head with three spiked protrusions on each side, and a pair of disembodied hands with three claws each. A notable feature is its long, pink tongue, which is said to induce seizures in a target upon licking until death. Haunter often lurks in dark places and stealthily stalks its prey. It lures in victims before attacking them with its tongue. Despite its sinister nature, Haunter sometimes engages in pranks and entertainment and is also shown to be loyal. Its gaseous form makes it one of the lightest Pokémon. Haunter has made significant appearances in anime, manga, and games, establishing itself as one of the memorable characters in the early Pokémon series.
