Sprigatito, known as Nyaoha in Japanese, is a Grass-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IX of the Pokémon franchise. It is a small, feline Pokémon with light green fur and pink eyes, resembling a kitten. Sprigatito is one of the three starter Pokémon in the games Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, evolving into Floragato at level 16 and eventually into Meowscarada. Sprigatito is known for its capricious and attention-seeking nature, often sulking if ignored. It can rub its forepaws together to release a calming aroma. Its fur has plant-like properties, allowing it to absorb sunlight for photosynthesis. The name Sprigatito is likely a combination of "sprig" and "gatito," the Spanish word for kitten. In the anime Pokémon Horizons, the protagonist Liko starts her journey with a Sprigatito.
