Dipplin

Dipplin (Japanese: カミッチュ) is a dual-type Grass/Dragon Pokémon introduced in Generation IX, specifically in The Teal Mask DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. It is a regional evolution of Applin, evolving when exposed to a Syrupy Apple. Dipplin resembles a green, worm-like creature residing within a red apple, from which it secretes a reddish mixture. Its head and tail are considered separate entities working together within the same apple. The head is similar to Applin's but features a long, thin protrusion between its eyestalks. Dipplin is known for producing a sweet syrup used to beguile opponents and as part of its signature move, Syrup Bomb. Dipplin is the only Pokémon capable of learning Syrup Bomb, and the only Pokémon with the ability Supersweet Syrup. It evolves into Hydrapple when it levels up while knowing Dragon Cheer. Dipplin's design is inspired by worms in apples and candy apples, with its name being a combination of 'dip' and 'Applin'.
